ALIMINTER S.A. produces different product lines to complement the fruit and vegetable sector. The Bon Appetitus range of chilled sauces and dips, made mostly from fresh legumes and vegetables; the Bangor dressings for salads and vegetables, and the Betania range of sweet sauces, toppings, jams and honey. ALIMINTER S.A. is also well known as a manufacturer of ambient sauces (mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, etc.) and pickles.
BON APPETITUS CHILLED DIPS & SAUCES
The assortment of flavours that brings the popular tastes from around the world: Guacamole, the Mexican dip based on avocados; Hummus, chickpeas and sesame dip from the Mediterranean Middle East; Taramasalata, fish roe dip from Eastern Mediterranean Region; and Alioli, the traditional garlic sauce from Spain. Available in retail and food service packaging (200 ml tubs, 2 x 55 ml duo cups and 2 kg pouches).
Other products are the "Tex Mex" Duo Pack, an original packaging of four 55 g cups with a combination of four Mexican dips, and the crushed tomato in 55 g duo cups, great to spread on sandwiches and toasts with olive oil, and as a cooking base to prepare other dishes.
A range of dressings in different packaging sizes: single portions (sachets and cups) for catering and ready to eat meals and salads; retail packaging in 250 ml plastic bottle, and for food service in 1 liter and 3.200 ml pouches. A wide variety of flavours is available: Caesar, Blue cheese, Ranch, Honey-Mustard, Yogurt, Iberia dressing, Salad Cream, French, Garlic and Thousand Islands.
BETANIA SWEET SAUCES AND TOPPINGS
This is a great complement for fruits and salads. Available in 250 ml plastic bottle for retail and in food service packaging (1 liter bottle and 6,5 kg pouches). The assortment includes sweet toppings (strawberry, caramel, chocolate and vanilla), sweet sauces and cooking toppings (Módena vinegar, honey-mustard, and Pedro Ximénez), among other products.
