TRADITIONAL CHEESE FACTORY CAPRILAC
Located in a small village in the outskirts of San Isidro, Western Cartagena, Region of Murcia.
In our dairy facilities we make and market cheese products with milk from goats of the Murcia-Granada variety, which are autochthonous of Eastern Spain.
We own around 850 breeding goats that yield an average daily milk production ranging between 1,000 to 1,400 liters which are later processed in our cheese factory.
Average production: 250 kilos of cheese per day (which we are capable of doubling)
