Hortamira Sociedad Cooperativa are leaders in the vegetable and citrus fruit market with a highly qualified workforce and a wealth of experience in the sector. The cooperative is made up of more than 200 associates, farmers who have succeeded in growing and improving by applying modern technologies. Hortamira directly employs 300 people in addition to the 400 working for member companies.
The installations are located in Alicante and Murcia, near the Mar Menor, an unbeatable environment to cultivate high quality fruits and vegetables thanks to the special microclimate in the area.

Since 2002, Hortamira has been committed to ECOLOGICAL AGRICULTURE. The group harvests a large variety of fruits and vegetables using ecological techniques, meaning no chemicals or genetically modified seeds are used, resulting in more natural, healthy and safe products for consumers.
