A family winery
Viticulture has been in our family for generations. We recently began growing our own grapes, producing quality wines that reflect the characteristics of our lands.
In our small family-owned land we ecologically harvest traditional produce of the Mediterranean basin such as almond, olive and fruit trees, as well as vineyards.
A meticulous production process is essential to create high quality wine
Only after picking the finest grapes from our vineyards and following a careful selection process, is wine ready to be produced.
Using only the best raw materials, and thanks to a refined production process, we can make high quality wine, with a metabisulphite dose 10 times less than that required for ecological production.
Small deposits allowing the grapes to ferment with indigenous yeast create a selection of red wines characterized by increased pigmentation with hints of purple and a bouquet complex.
A quantity of this wine is bottled young while the rest ages in 500-liter French Allier oak barrels.
The crianza wine is stored underground in the humidity- and temperature-controlled aging cellar.
